Restarting the blog(hopefully) [06 Aug 2008|09:52pm]
Over the past few weeks...and yes, in literally a few weeks, my weight has crept up from the static amount it had remained at, 175, to 182. Since I was never even happy at 175, i'm now on a mission to get down to 140 in the next 5 months.

Feelings: Heh, still not back on the straight and narrow like I was supposed to be. There's a lot of crappy foods in my house atm because my brother is leaving for uni on saturday and my mum is buying all nice stuff, which Sucks for me but is good for him, lol. I had a chicken burger for breakfast, chicken drumsticks for lunch and salmon loaf for dinner.

Feelings: Not excusing myself, but I was on my feet all day working so again it's probably not as bad as it would have been. I had jammy dodgers for breakfast, subway chicken teriaki onion sandwich for lunch, a lion bar, chelsea bun and a roast dinner.

Feelings: Ha, i'm overweight again. :P I'm not entirely surprised as I felt dehydration might have been a factor for my low last weigh-in, and I weighed myself the day after and I was 166. I did grossly overeat in terms of my diet though, so I probably just remained static, which is still bad. Going to do better this week.

Feelings: Was on my feet all day at work, but again, that's not an excuse! Had at least 500 calories of crap. From tommorow, i'm starting a new regime...by that I mean i'm just going to eat properly like I have been for the majority of this 140 odd day diet. I had biscuits for breakfast, subway club sandwich for lunch and beef stew for dinner.

Feelings: Another crappy, crappy day calorie-wise. But at least I went running...yay! It felt really good, it wasn't hard at all and I felt happy afterwards, definitely keeping on schedule now. I need to stop eating cakes/sweet things, which are accounting for the extra calories every day. I had cereal and juice for breakfast, chorizo and pasta for lunch, a chelsea bun & buttons(chocolate :p) and irish stew for dinner.

Feelings: *Right, when I started this weight loss blog I was measured at 5'7 and I grew quite a lot in a short space of time to be taller than that, but I wanted to keep my original height for sake of consistency with BMI. However, I had planned to change that when the short term goal was over, but last week I forgot, as I forgot to remeasure everything I measured at the start. The real term drop in BMI is -0.6, so I included that, but it's actually down 1.4 when height is taken into account but that's unrealistic with regards to the real drop. I can't believe I lost so much weight this week when i've run once and been terrible with regards to the diet. Maybe i'm just dehydrated because of the alcohol, we shall see next week.
